What is Annotate in BIG?

BIG includes annotation functionality for documents in the Library. Access the document in DocViewer to see the Annotation toolbar.

1. The annotate functions includes Annotate, Shapes, Insert, Fill and Sign, Comments, and Print, Download,Share tools. Every annotation is listed in the Comments box by user name and timestamp when it was created.

2. To undo or delete an annotation, click the Undo or Delete tool.
